Dr. Dean Reibold, our Chief of Staff, grew up and currently resides in Lynnville, IN. He received an undergraduate degree and earned a DVM degree from Purdue University. Prior to joining the Fort Branch Animal Hospital team in 1999, Dr. Reibold practiced in Rushville, Boonville, and Evansville, IN.

Outside of the practice, Dr. Reibold enjoys farming, where he has beef cattle, sheep, and a horse. He also shares his home with multiple cats and dogs.

Dr. Mark Thomas grew up in Evansville, IN and currently resides in Owensville, IN. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville and earned a DVM degree from Purdue University. Prior to joining Fort Branch Veterinary Hospital in 1984, Dr. Thomas practiced in Northern Indiana and Wisconsin. He has a special interest in soft tissue surgery.

In his spare time, Dr. Thomas enjoys taking part in fruit and produce production. He also finds the time to take care of his four dogs, three cats, goats, donkeys, and a horse.

Dr. Michael Blasser grew up in Arcadia, Indiana and currently resides in Henderson, Kentucky. He received an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and received his DVM degree from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to joining the Fort Branch Veterinary Hospital team, Dr. Blasser practiced in Noblesville and Evansville, Indiana and Naples, Florida. He has a special interest in surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Blasser’s hobbies include amateur radio and camping. He also cares for two cats, Twitch and Twinkle, and a Shih Tzu named, Hoover.
